Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

How to do it

    Open account menu → Settings → Privacy.

  2. 02

    Choose Anyone or Only my connections for incoming messages.

  3. 03

    Choose whether unapproved messages are quarantined or rejected, then Save changes.
