Cryptographic provenance
Verify the content, recorded origin and owning organisation’s cryptographic signature. Check that the exact message or file matches the signed evidence.
Prove what was sent. Prove who authorised it. Verify it independently.
Go beyond encryption and ordinary digital signatures. We Secure Data brings together verified identity, passkey authorisation and cryptographic provenance to create independently verifiable evidence of who authorised an action and exactly what content was involved.
Official identity verification is optional. Use secure messages and vaults without an official ID check.
Complete an optional official identity check and securely bind your verified identity to your passkey. Then use passkey authorisation whenever you send a secure message or add a file to a vault.
No need to scan your identity document for every action. Keep using an eligible identity binding, subject to its validity and any required renewal.
Complete an optional official identity check using a supported government-issued identity document.
Your verified identity is securely linked to your passkey, establishing the identity binding used for subsequent authorisations.
Confirm sending a message or adding a file to a vault using your passkey and its supported local authentication method.
We Secure Data records evidence linking the authorised action to the exact message or file, protected by the owning organisation’s cryptographic signing key.
Export the proof bundle and validate the available signatures, content integrity and identity-backed authorisation evidence offline.
Use a supported local method such as Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a device PIN. We Secure Data does not need to capture or store your fingerprint or facial biometrics for passkey authorisation.
Secure communication starts with cryptographic provenance. Passkey authorisation and an optional verified identity add further evidence.
Verify the content, recorded origin and owning organisation’s cryptographic signature. Check that the exact message or file matches the signed evidence.
Validate evidence connecting this specific action and its content to a passkey authentication event. Passkey authorisation can be used without official ID verification.
Validate a signed attestation of a government-document and selfie check through Stripe Identity, and the binding to the passkey that authorised the action.
The strongest evidence combines all three.
Each layer contributes its own evidence: the company signature protects the provenance, the passkey proves action-specific authorisation, and the identity attestation adds the officially checked identity.
Establish evidence of who authorised the delivery of a legal document and verify the exact version that was sent.
Provide stronger evidence of the identity and authorisation behind sensitive financial communications.
Go beyond trusting the sender name displayed in an email.
Establish evidence linking an authenticated, optionally identity-verified user to the addition of a specific file.
Preserve independently checkable evidence that can be examined long after the original action.
An activity log is only as useful as the system storing it. We Secure Data is different.
Its portable proof bundles contain cryptographic evidence designed for independent verification. Check the integrity and provenance of your messages and files without having to trust a live account or dashboard.
Where identity-backed authorisation is present, the bundle also enables verification of the associated evidence chain.
Keep the complete bundle, verifier and trusted verification keys. Offline verification checks the signed evidence preserved with your exchange, including the identity attestation and its validity at the time of authorisation.
Identity-backed cryptographic provenance isn’t reserved for a handful of high-value documents. Use it across secure messages and vault files whenever the assurance of passkey authorisation and verified identity matters.
From a single confidential message to thousands of important business records, make independently verifiable evidence part of the everyday workflow, within your plan’s capacity and usage limits.
Use Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or another supported passkey method to authorise sending messages and adding files to secure vaults.
Optionally confirm your real-world identity using an official identity document. We Secure Data securely binds your verified identity to your passkey.
Link the protected action to the exact content involved, creating evidence connecting your authorisation to the message or file.
Download the evidence bundle and verify its cryptographic proof without relying on the We Secure Data website or application being available.
Move beyond a familiar sender name and an ordinary email attachment. Give recipients a connected record they can check: the content, the authorisation and, when included, your officially verified identity.
We Secure Data gives your recipient evidence to check, not just a message to read. Cryptographic provenance identifies the exact content and protects its recorded origin. Passkey authorisation adds proof of the specific action. Include your officially verified identity to connect that authorisation to your real-world identity. Together, these create a portable evidence chain you can retain and verify independently.
Complete your optional official identity check once and bind it securely to your passkey. Choose Include my verified identity when sending a message or adding vault files, then confirm with your passkey. Your eligible verified identity becomes part of the cryptographic evidence for that action. You can also use passkey authorisation on its own, adding assurance without an official ID check.
The exact message and files, whether the content matches the signed record, the organisation’s signature and any included passkey authorisation and verified identity evidence. The complete proof bundle brings these checks together, including the signed identity attestation and its binding to the authorising passkey. Recipients can download it, keep it and validate the recorded evidence offline, years after the exchange.
See how independent verification works →Each confirmation creates a cryptographic signature tied to the specific action and its exact content. Use Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or another supported local passkey method. Where your official identity is bound to that passkey, the evidence connects the verified identity, authorisation and message or file in one checkable chain. Your fingerprint or face is not stored in that evidence.
Files are protected with AES-256-GCM encryption. Your organisation’s own ECDSA P-256 provenance key signs its evidence, and the corresponding public key enables verification. Passkey signatures and signed identity attestations add their own verifiable links. Available Merkle proofs and audit anchors provide further evidence for a robust, independently checkable record.
Explore the cryptographic architecture →Start with your everyday secure messages and vault files, then add passkey authorisation and optional official identity checks where they bring value. Company administrators manage access to official checks, verification credits and approval for additional paid checks. Available capabilities follow your plan and workspace settings, so you can introduce stronger identity assurance with clear controls over usage and spending.
