Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.
How to do it

Open the Vault and use View Owner or Share to review access.
- 02
Use View Log for activity and Settings for provenance on new uploads.
- 03
Use Rename only when the new name clearly identifies the same Vault.
