Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

How to do it

  1. 01

    Open a Vault and choose the file's Actions button.

  2. 02

    Select Download, Download + Proof, Rename, Move or Send securely as needed.

  3. 03

    A file can also offer Request Signature or Paper key actions when your access and configuration allow it.
