Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

How to do it

  1. 01

    Open Admin → Company Settings → Desktop sync.

  2. 02

    Review downloads, uploads, offline access, deletion propagation, ransomware protection and managed-device requirements.

  3. 03

    Save the policy and review registered devices; revoke a device if it should no longer connect.
