Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

How to do it

    Open Help? in the sidebar or Help Center in the account menu.

    For account access, contact your workspace administrator.

  3. 03

    For a product issue, record the action, exact error text, time and browser or desktop app version.
