Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

How to do it

    On Windows 11 x64, use the WSD action in the Explorer right-click menu.

    On macOS 13 or later, move WSD Sync to Applications and enable We Secure Data in Finder Extensions, Actions and Sharing.

  3. 03

    In synced folders use the WSD right-click menu; for other Mac files use Quick Actions → We Secure Data, or Share → We Secure Data for sending.
