Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

How to do it

    Choose a Vault you already have permission to access in WSD Sync.

    The company policy controls downloads, uploads, offline files and whether local deletions propagate.

    If suspicious mass changes are detected, ransomware protection can pause them for review.
