Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

How to do it

  1. 01

    In Compose, open Settings and review Recipient access.

  2. 02

    Secure link allows someone holding the unique link to open it, so forwarding can extend access.

  3. 03

    Verify recipient email asks the recipient to prove control of the addressed mailbox; Require passcode uses a code shared separately; Require WSD account asks for sign-in or registration.
