Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

How to do it

  1. 01

    Read the warning to confirm whether the secure message itself was created.

  2. 02

    Use Copy secure link or the offered mail-app fallback if the recipient needs access now.

  3. 03

    Ask an admin to check Messages & email and the company sender's DKIM, MAIL FROM and active status.
