Open your organisation’s WSD app to follow these steps. Your organisation’s settings and permissions may change which controls you see.

What to know

    Open Admin → Company Settings → Security → Manage recovery.

    Review the latest immutable backup and, if authorised, prepare an encrypted .wsdbackup package.

  3. 03

    Use WSD Recovery Desktop to open the package and choose a restore destination.
